I just want a key-pad, dumb style phone with GrapheneOS. Part of the switch to GrapheneOS on Pixel 8 made me realise part of Google's evil (among the other tech companies) is how much they've crafted the most addictive device imaginable.
I've cut out social media and a browser. The only thing left that I want now is a smaller, less distracting form factor
GrapheneOS without extra apps is close to a dumb phone already. Nobody's forcing you to use the browser.
I'm not sure how will you deal with all the apps shoved down our throat.
That being said, have you tried putting all apps in 2nd profile and forcing somehow the keyboard to always show?
