Tbh I feel less safe in digital world after reading this article. Would be cool to see "And then we made a formal proof that there's no more vulnerabilities" someday
Everything is broken, it's just a matter of how bad. Just like it is impossible to write software that is free of bugs, it is impossible to write software that is free of vulnerabilities. Such is the nature of the field. The good news is we have well established tools in security to mitigate the impact of any one vulnerability.
