There’s an excalidraw in the reader

My manager described this as incomprehensible lol but it’s modeled on conductor but uses Claude code terminal and mods and glues a bunch of open source stuff with a cli I had Claude write. Herdr for sessions, nvim for code review / searching, cli invoked by /slash commands. Beads cli for task tracking. With multi repo support since I end up doing a lot at work across repos at work for a “feature” which is how I delineate chats now. And I’ve got a nice picker for swapping sessions so screen real estate isn’t wasted. Many incremental improvements the sum of which are compelling ime
