- Opencode Go $40, Claude $20, $0-100 on Deepseek API

- No

- I use a lot of Opencode + Deepseek, strategize some of that work with Claude Opus, and some gtm, research, and project stuff in Hermes with its coding agent. When I guide by hand I use Orca Dev, which is lovely.

- Claude drops GitHub issues that Opencode picks up on a schedule. It’s simple and resilient enough for me. Hermes has a lot of scheduled tasks to move things forward.. it has gtm and research and dev loops (the latter builds autonomously for future projects vis a vis my attention, I’ve used quite a bit of it).

- Hermes Agent, which has become a core tech for me. I’ve tried to use Openclaw but it has not been something I can keep running. It spirals and crashes after a week in ways I’ve never experienced from Hermes, doing the same things. I have little interest in those generalist agents, maybe after a year.
