For building, I started with Kiro and later switched to Antigravity (Opus 5.5 for planning, Gemini 3.8 for implementation - but now using Argon for everything and quite happy). Claude for design.

Had a Hermes set up with a dual NVIDIA DGX Spark and Deepseek v4 Flash, but then built my own harness (getcinnamon.ai) and pretty much switched to that 100% including family members.
