Is there a way to use it with git without having to change your global git config? I.e. `git diff | omnidiff` or something?
You can do this with delta: `git diff | delta --side-by-side`
https://github.com/ivankovic/omnidiff#usage
OmniDiff also works directly with git diff and git log -p, through GIT_EXTERNAL_DIFF. This path needs no difftool config:
GIT_EXTERNAL_DIFF=omnidiff git diffPiping the output of `git diff` might withhold information from the tool that it needs for its feature set, while `delta` is just a different way to display any diff output.
