I didn't keep up with my MetaARPA membership dues. Account is probably suspended by now, or deleted.
I think your membership would have fallen back to ARPA level which never expires.
As I understand it you would need ARPA membership (currently one off $36 payment) before you can have MetaARPA ($36/year). Even if having to spend time at ARPA is waived for those with a good cause[0]
