Senior Java Software Engineer with 20 years of professional experience building enterprise applications.
Although I've held Tech Lead and Architect roles in the past, I'm primarily looking for hands-on Senior Software Engineer opportunities where I can focus on software development. I enjoy building software and spending most of my time writing code.
My expertise is Java backend development across both Spring Boot and Java EE ecosystems. I have extensive experience designing and implementing REST APIs, microservices, enterprise web applications and cloud-based solutions.
I also work as a Full Stack developer when needed, with strong Angular experience and solid knowledge of modern web technologies.
I'm comfortable working across the entire software development lifecycle, from implementation and debugging to deployment support, Docker-based development environments and cloud platforms such as AWS.
Looking for long-term remote contract opportunities with US companies. Available to work full-time and overlap with US business hours.
