I’m a generalist engineer with 5+ years of experience taking difficult, ambiguous problems from 0 -> 1. I lead protocol engineering at a Web3 startup but available to join immediately. I’ve worked across distributed systems, networking, backend infrastructure, production reliability, real-time systems, peer-to-peer protocols and technical architecture.
My experience spans backend and distributed systems, protocol design, cloud infrastructure, databases, developer tooling, fullstack product development and also AI native systems such as RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, tool integrated LLMs, vector search and evaluation systems for various side projects which are also in production.
I’m comfortable moving across layers, learning unfamiliar systems quickly and taking ownership from architecture through implementation and production. I work well in early stage environments, but I’m equally comfortable joining established teams, adapting to existing systems and contributing wherever the hardest problems are.
