At Jebbit (L'Oreal, AutoZone, NFL, ~1M sessions/hour) I led a four-month refactor that replaced a per-row style override system with one merged JSON schema, backwards compatible with both running in parallel. Currently on a consumer AI product where I own features end to end and took page load from 3s to 1.5s and a deep component from ~300 re-renders to ~10.
